I am the father of 4 girls and 1 boy. I really love children; my own and others. I am a big kid at heart that knows how to be fun when I can and serious when I must. I would love to have 3 or 4 more kids (or even more if it is meant to be). I love seeing the awe in their face when they see their first balloon or touch their feet in the grass or sand the first time...or when they touch the bark on a tree or the scruff on my face. It humbles me and I always see things I had since taken for granted or not noticed before (like watching a movie 2 or 3 times and you notice different things each time that you missed the previous time(s) you saw it). I feel like I am experiencing the little things through their eyes, ears, touch. I am a 100% hands-on dad (who has no problem changing diapers or getting up every 3 hours at night so mom can get rest)!! And...who can ever forget that infectious baby laugh?!
