I am a 32-year-old Caucasian male, light brown hair (I was blonde as a child), and green eyes. My height is 185.5 cm (approximately 6 feet 1 inch), and my weight fluctuates between 80 and 85 kg (176 to 187 pounds). I have no excess body fat and tend to lose weight when I stop training. I can eat whatever I want without gaining excess weight.

I do not have any mental health issues or genetic disorders. One of my grandfathers, to whom I am genetically similar in many ways, fought in World War II from the age of 18 and lived into his late 80s — despite not following a healthy lifestyle. His resilience and longevity have always been an inspiring reference point for me.

I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering, but I currently work in marketing.
I speak English, Russian, and Spanish.
I live in Valencia, Spain, but I am open to traveling to help others in need as long as recipients cover my travel expenses(besides USA and UK, for these countries I need to apply for a visa which could be discussed) .

Since early childhood, I have been naturally active and self-motivated to engage in sports — without any pressure from my parents. I used to play football, spend hours on pull-up bars, and explore physical challenges on my own. For the past 15 years, I have consistently trained in the gym and maintained a healthy lifestyle, free from alcohol and smoking.

I regularly undergo health check-ups and take all the necessary supplements to support my male health and overall well-being.
During one of my visits to the doctor, after reviewing my spermogram, the doctor jokingly suggested that I should consider becoming a donor. At the time, I didn’t take the idea seriously. But now, with greater awareness and a desire to help others, I’ve made the conscious decision to support families in need by becoming a donor.
