I pride myself in being 100% Non smoker, Non drinker, No drugs of any kind, even prescription, no weed, and no vape. All of these things separate, contributes to reproductive health issues, so as many as you can avoid is each a great thing. Likely why most pregnancies by me are on first cycle.
